Product Description A Smidgeon of Pigeon by Mo Willems How does it feel to be a Pigeon? Well, the bus driver is trying to get him to act happy, but as we all know, this is one bird that is not going to be told what to do! Throughout this hilarious board book, Pigeon runs through his signature gamut of emotions while attempting to thwart his old nemesis.

Pigeon disappointed me December 30, 2008 I had heard of Mo Willems and looked forward to reading his book to my little 3-1/2-year-old friend. There is nothing substantive to this book. Emotions are expressed, but they don't go anywhere. There's no plot, no resolution of feelings. I read it my little friend, who has the ability to have fun with almost any book, but this one was disjointed and she was bored and disappointed. I returned it.
FUNNY!!!!!!!! December 29, 2008 My daughters loved this book! We have every one of the pigeon books by Mo Willems. Highly recommend. Smart, clever, and the expressions are perfect!
The Pigeon Strikes Again September 11, 2008 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
There is just something about that Pigeon! THE PIGEON HAS FEELINGS, TOO! is another installment in the Pigeon series by Mo Willems. A board book geared toward toddlers, THE PIGEON HAS FEELINGS, TOO! is part of the "A Smidgeon of Pigeon" subset of the Pigeon books which allows very young children to share in the enjoyment of the adventures and antics of Pigeon.br /br /Don't get me wrong, though, this book is still classic Pigeon. In THE PIGEON HAS FEELINGS, TOO! the characteristic line drawings, simple and colorful, introduce toddlers to the concept of feelings, expressed in typical Pigeon fashion. Pigeon stomps when he is angry, mopes when he is sad, and dances when he is happy. The pictures elicit grins and giggles as this short story unfolds. The Pigeon is a unique and distinctive character, and his voice is perfect for young children to relate to. He pouts, he shouts, he gets very stubborn. Even the youngest readers/listeners know he sounds just like they do. He speaks directly to them, too, which just adds to the fun.br /br /THE PIGEON HAS FEELINGS, TOO! is a great addition to any Pigeon collection. Cute, silly, and fun, your kids will have a great time with this book. br /
More gold from the pigeon! July 15, 2008 A short card book, but still sheer genius as you would expect. The Pigeon works his/her whole facial repertoire to great effect!
That Crazy Pigeon... May 23, 2008 My 15 month old girl absolutely loves the Pigeon books and this one is no exception. We read it several times a day along with the other board book, "The Pigeon loves things that go".br /While not as good as "The Pigeon finds a Hotdog" or the other Pigeon books aimed at older children it's fantastic for toddlers. The Pigeon's ever changing moods make it perfect for using different expression in your voice which children love. And it's short enough to keep their attention.br /As always the simple drawings are fantastic and the Pigeon has so much attitude!br /Very cute!
